Delivery terms in brief:
1. All prices in the online shop include applicable VAT (excluding BTOB SHOP).
2. Our products have a 14-day return policy. The product to be returned must be unused and in resale condition.If the product has been purchased for business or for other than private use, the Consumer Protection Act does not apply and there is no 14-day right of return, unless otherwise agreed.

3. We will process your order within 24 hours of receipt on weekdays. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Orders received before 15:00 will generally be dispatched no later than the next working day. If the ordered product is exceptionally out of stock, the customer will be informed immediately. When the products are dispatched, you will receive an order tracking number by email.
4. If the customer has received the wrong product, or if the product is defective, the customer must immediately contact Allsec Oy’s customer service .
5. We are not responsible if the delivery of your order is prevented, hindered or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as war, natural disasters, embargoes on exports or imports, decisions by public authorities, disruption of public transport or any other similar activity that hinders or prevents the operation of our online shop.

1. Delivery time
We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible. We will pack and dispatch the products no later than the next working day after you place your order, provided your order arrives by 15:00. When the products are dispatched, you will receive an order tracking number by email. We will contact customers as soon as possible by email or phone if we find that the delivery time is longer than normal.
2. Delivery methods
We offer our customers fast and affordable delivery options. Our delivery partners Matkahuolto and Posti deliver packages anywhere in Finland within 1-2 business days.
Delivery costs indicated as follows: price for consumer customers / price for business customers (prices VAT 0%). Prices valid from 1.7.2023

Delivery by Matkahuolto:

  • MH Nearby package* 0,00 / 0,00€
    Pick up at the Matkahuolto office or parcel outlet of your choice (including K-stores, R-kiosks, Tokmannis and many other companies), of which there are almost 2000 throughout the country. The fastest way to receive your order is to Matkahuolto, but parcel delivery points offer longer opening hours and a denser network.
  • MH Sharing package 0,00 / 0,00€
    Delivery directly to your home or workplace, usually on the next working day between 8am and 4pm. The delivery time is not agreed separately.
  • MH Home delivery 0,00 / 0,00€
    Delivery directly to your home or workplace at the agreed time. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery time, and the shipment will be delivered to the address you specify on weekdays.
  • MH Bus package 0,00/ 0,00€
    Your order will be delivered to the nearest Matkaholto or Matkaholto agent nearest to your address or the one of your choice.

Delivery by Post:

  • Postal parcel service* 0,00/ 0,00€
    Pick up from the Post Office parcel machine of your choice. You will receive a notification of arrival and a box code by SMS when the parcel is ready for collection.
  • Postal parcel 16* 0,00 / 0,00€
    Pick up at the nearest Post Office (or the one of your choice). You will receive an arrival notification by SMS when your parcel is ready for collection.
  • Postal Express 14 0,00 / 0,00€
    Delivery directly to your home or workplace on weekdays between 8am and 2pm.
  • Postal parcel 00,00 / 00,00€
    Delivery directly to your door at the agreed time. Posti will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time, and the shipment will be delivered to the address you specify on weekdays.
  • Post by Morning 09 00,00 / 00,00€
    Delivery directly to your home or workplace, as a rule, by the next weekday morning at. by 9.00.

Note! The delivery method does not affect our normal processing time (stock items ordered before 13:00 will generally arrive in the same day’s load).
Please check the Postal Service’s delivery time enquiry to see if the service is available in your area (some areas will not be delivered until 2.
on a weekday). Set the postcode of the departure to 96320.

Postal items are transported in a climate-friendly way. You can view the delivery time estimate. Select 96320 as the place of dispatch and your postcode as the place of receipt. You can check the Post Office’s locations and opening hours here.

We will notify the customer when the order is ready for collection.

3. Payment methods
Payment will be made by invoice.

4. Right of return and product exchanges
All our products have a 14-day return policy. The product to be returned must be unused and unaltered, i.e. in full resale condition, including the sales packaging. For return instructions see (link )
You can return the products free of charge by Post or Matkahuolto as a customer return to the address:

Please include the information requested in the instructions with your return. We reserve the right not to accept a return if the returned product is not fit for resale (not applicable to returns under warranty).
ATTENTION! We will not reimburse the shipping costs of products returned in violation of the return instructions.

5. Guarantee
Allsec Oy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (38/1978). We also offer a 12-month guarantee on our products against defects in materials and workmanship. If the warranty period of the product differs from this, it will be indicated separately on the product. The guarantee period starts from the date on the receipt. In the event of a warranty claim, the product will be sent to us for testing and the product will be repaired or replaced if the warranty is valid.
The warranty does not cover misuse of the products, customer modification, installation errors, failure to follow instructions or other damage to the products caused by improper actions. The guarantee includes the broken component and any postage costs. The warranty does not cover any installation costs for the replaced part. Warranty replacement of a product does not extend the original warranty period of the product.

6. Liability for damage caused by the goods
When the goods are in the customer’s possession, Allsec Oy is not liable for damage caused by the goods to: a) immovable or movable property or as a result of such damage b) a product manufactured by the buyer or a product containing a product manufactured by the buyer.
Allsec Oy is not responsible for illegal use or installation of the product. Allsec Oy is not responsible for any incorrect product information provided by manufacturers.

Use of products
It is the customer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for their own use and to follow the safety instructions for the use and installation of the products.
Allsec Oy is not liable for any personal injury or material damage caused by improper use or installation of the product (e.g. test gases or batteries and chargers).
Always read the instructions before using the product.

7. Complaints
Any complaints regarding an order or delivery should be sent within seven (7) days of receipt of the order to info@allsec.fi

8. Cancellation of an order
The customer may cancel their order if delivery has not taken place within a reasonable time. Cancellations should be reported to info@allsec.fi or by calling +358 45 6109 115 We aim to inform our customers by email or phone if the delivery time is different from normal. Allsec Oy also reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer’s money.

9. Data protection
Allsec Oy collects information about its customers and users of its online store in order to provide its customers with the best possible experience when using its services.
Customer data is used, for example, to provide a secure service and to improve the quality of customer service and the online store.
Allsec Oy respects the privacy of its customers and will only use the personal data it collects for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.
Allsec Oy does not sell or disclose its customers’ information other than as described in Privacy Policy 7. for the purposes set out in the paragraph.
